Talking about the new Legacy of the Force book...
I've been off reading spoilers about the new Invincible book, the last in the Legacy of the Force series. It's not suppose to be out until Tuesday but apparently in some places it was shelved early and fans got hold of copies. It's kind of depressing...
Jacen dies. Which was the last thing I wanted. No Anakin and now no Jacen. Jaina kills him after first injuring him severely. He's completely insane by then but is trying to save Tenel Ka and Allana from some kind of danger but Jaina doesn't believe him.
Daala is chief of state which I don't really care about but a lot of people talking about the spoilers said a lot about her and it wasn't too good.
Where is Luke Skywalker? Around...somewhere. But he doesn't seem to play much of a part in anything. His son, Ben, fights Tahiri and defeats and captures her.
I hope there's more than this when I finally get my hands on the book.

I've read a lot of things about Invincible the past couple of weeks, including the links to the threads at starwars.com where Denning answered some questions. I want to feel good about this book, not happy because obviously it's not a happy kind of book, but I feel I should feel some kind of satisfaction or closure after reading it and I don't.
So many opportunities were thrown away with Anakin Solo's death and now when they get Jacen/Caedus all built up as this new Sith Lord (and one with a few loose screws but that would probably make it more interesting), they do away with him and use his twin sister to do it.
I'll hold out until I read the book, but it's looking grim. :(
Oh, uh...hope you've read the book and I didn't spoil anything for you...
